How to use
There are many scenarios for working with the program, below I will give the three most popular examples.
For accountants or HR, this is usually a good help, because at your request, our specialists will take over the program settings and automate your payroll calculations, bonus premiums, social benefits, etc.
For employees, the program will be like a payslip (Example No. 3) or a personal account (Example No. 2) from a phone or computer (WEB browser)
For department or company managers, this is an opportunity to increase the motivation of subordinates and ensure transparency of management (Example #1). Timely calculation of salaries (online every day) reduces conflicts during salary calculations
You don’t have to enter data manually, you can upload Excel files or set up API synchronization.
No. 1 "KPI Calculations"
Modern companies calculate the employee’s efficiency coefficient using weighted average KPIs.
The resulting coefficient is used when calculating the variable part of the salary (bonus, bonus, etc.) or set up “floating” percentages of income instead of fixed percentages.

Then every day or once a week, or once a month, they enter data into the program (both manually and via files and via API).
As in the previous example, employees see the results for themselves and their subordinates, but the program is responsible for the calculation.
